Owner 5133 Down Shot Offset Light Wire Hook

Got these to try out on my dropshot setup. Didn’t seem to have a good hook up ratio for this type of rig. Probably work really good for BFS style of Texas rig. Great hooks other wise. Just need to find out the best rig for these.

These once again are some great quality hooks by Owner. I love being able to texas rig my drop-shot baits because I fish alot of weedy lakes and reservoirs. The hooks are very light so your bait still floats off the bottom. The only reason they are getting a 4 star is because the strength of them aren't as strong, and I can see them bending out if you catch a biggin. Super sharp, effortless Hooksett

Definitely my go to drop shot hook whether fishing a finesse or trick worm or a small soft jerkbait like the Kalin’s jr jerkbait minnow.

This hooks are sharp and they won't get away, but they bent easy. Well it is a thin wire hook so it was expect, lucky it can be easily vent back to shape.

I was told owner were one of the expensive hooks and expensive. Well I purchased this pack and it looks so weak I am worried to use it. Afraid if I catch a big fish, it will bend. I bought them and have yet to test them. Maybe when my thicker hooks run out I may test them.

Great weedless setup for drop shot fishing. I wish the thinner wire held it's shape better as you see the hook bend out a bit after fighting bigger fish, otherwise the hook has a great profile that is hard for fish to throw and doesn't take much effort for a hookset.

while i love this hook, bikesomewhere is selling a 7 pack, not a 40 pack. if you are bending the hook, use lighter line and loosen the drag. these thinks stick fish with a light pop instead of a full body swing. they dont throw easily either. I love these things, but dont expect a 40 pack from bikesomewhere.....
