Small, cheap, strong splint-maker.
This cheap, super-light first aid product should be in every home! Easy to use to form a splint- simply unroll and bend vertically for a stiff splint. I once made a U-shaped splint with this for a shattered ankle. Can be molded and stiffened for any shape splint you need. Attach splint with loose bands of cloth or the like. Helps stabilize broken bones and joints to provide pain relief as you seek medical care. REUSABLE! Simply put-if you enjoy the back country, the beach, camping as much as I do, you should carry this $11 item with you. There is a tremendous difference between walking out on a broken bone and, and walking out with a splinted bone.

Must-Have Emergency Splint Set
This is an excellent splint set and very well made. It’s lightweight, strong, easy to mold, and packs down small for a kit or bag. Extremely versatile for emergency use. Everyone should have at least one of these on hand.

Good Set Size
I'm not a EMT or paramedic, just a guy who wants to help. I keep a trauma bag in my car and these Rhino splints are a nice addition to my gear. They're compact enough to stay out of the way until I need them (so far, not yet) but several friend who are EMTs swear by them. They are easy to apply and conform well to the joint/affected area. Guys with hairy arms may not be excited by the tape used to hold them in place, but hey, the hair grows back. That amputated part will not (if it's not stabilized correctly.) And I have successfully used this on myself, just to see if it can be done. If the injury is to a lower extremity it is easy to do by yourself. However, if you have just one good arm to use, it's not easy. Doable, not not much fun. Rhino makes products in quite a few sizes - it may be hard to choose which sizes to stock. Remember, they can be cut to size, so bigger really is better.

Great addition to first aid kit
Small package but comprehensive. Use it for my scout troop to teach first aid. Easy to use. It comes with ace bandages (roll of bandage) to tie off, but we use our neckerchiefs to tie off. Very happy with purchase.

Good Product
I teach Wilderness Medicine and run search and rescue groups, and this is my go-to for many situations as far as splinting I can work with this product to stabilize extremity's in pretty much in any weather it stays flexible.

Good quality and affordable
This was perfect. My hospital uses this brand for all our splints, and I appreciate how affordable it is. They are thick enough to stabilize, and they're very effective. I love the compression and fit, and will definitely be buying again.

Must have addition to your wilderness first-aid kit!
Haven't had to use one yet but it will do an excellent job when or if the time comes. It won't expire like other things that could be in your first-aid or backcountry kit. I also image that it can be reused as well.
