Neat
I have a bunch of black and decker 20 volt batteries for power tools and thought to myself the other day wouldn't it be nice to have a way to use them for backup power when the grid is down. Looked and lo and behold found this. Great for charging phones and extra flashlight and has a 12 volt outlet that could be used for modem/router. I was hoping to find something like this that also combined a small fan with it but can't find one for black and decker batteries

This is a Great little Tool. Snaps on to your battery and presto you have a light and and2 usb ports to charge what you need. I have this in my camper as a work light great as an emergency light / charger.

Useful Indeed
The media could not be loaded. This little gadget when attached to your battery looks like a little toy truck with headlights in the front. It allows me to use my unused batteries during the winter or power outage as a light source and usb charger. During the Texas outage I had 5 of these weed batteries sitting there fully charged but useless. But this year I have these as my backup which I will use up first before my real batteries. Each of my Black & Decker rechargeable were able to light up at full power for a full 24 hours. It seems to just turn off on its own after it reaches that point. I can still turn it on again but they only stay on for a few minutes. It also has a dimmer mode to get more use out of what power you have left and an SOS mode which has no purpose since you tend to keep this adapter at home.It also has a hole for electric devices but I have not tested this out so can not comment on it. This device also comes with 2 USB ports to charge your phone but it is slow being USB1. It took 6 hours for me to go from 40 to reach 90 percent. I am not sure how useful this will be for phones but at least it works and will keep you from draining your more important power banks. For the price that I paid for it, I am happy with what I have and plan to make good use of it during the coming power outages. I take off 1 star because of the slow USB charge.

Solid product
Slides onto the battery guiding rails fine. It seems to be of good quality. Only downside is that it does not have USB-C port.

works great, fits on B&D battery
works great on B&D batteries, light is normal expected small light enough to light up a walking path for a very short distance, USB works.

Very handy.
It's very handy in an emergency, for light and cell phones.

poor USB charging
I had high hopes for this but I got suspicious when my phone charged at a crawl, so I bought a USB power tester. The USB ports are 1/4 of the amperage advertised - amperage is what determines how fast your device charges - and as you can see, it's not 2.1 Amp but around 0.5 Amps. Maybe I got a bad one, but I wouldn't recommend this.

Works as intended but could be improved on.
Works great and the light is very bright. It will shut off after some time like an internal timer but all you have to do is tap the button once for it to come back on. All in all it works but if I could add one thing it would be some sort of a battery level indicator. You have no idea how much charge you have left until it just quits working.
