We purchased this for our daughter. She isn’t one for wearing necklaces and bracelets all the time so this was just perfect for her.We are really impressed with this little watch tag, it fits perfectly on Apple Watch.Set up is amazing, lots of space for all medical conditions, prescription tablets etc. you can also put a photo of yourself on it, blood group etc. we were surprised that it holds information for 3 emergency contacts.I wanted to leave this review as not many people have left one. We were not sure if it was any good. So if you are unsure I would definitely recommend this 100%.Only downside was having to wait nearly two weeks for it to come.

Fits on my watch strap very easy to set up

Great delivery. Ordered Tuesday 16th July and arrived Thursday 18th July from the USA to the UK. Excellent service. Great item, fits my Apple Watch perfectly and the app is easy to download. Entering medical information is easy and straightforward.BUT what they don’t tell you in the advertisement is you only get 3 basic categories, Personal Details, Medical Conditions and Emergency Contact Details.If you want a list of your medications, allergies and GP / Consultant etc. then it’s a £2.99 a month subscription which isn’t extortionate but they should explain that in the Amazon listing. All in all I would recommend it as a quick easy access to your medical history for members of the medical profession. For £2.99 per month it could save your life

I bought this for my daughter. She's a type 1 diabetic and I worry that if she has a severe hypo, which she hasn't had thankfully for a long time now, and people didn't realise she was a diabetic, symptoms of hypos can appear the same as when someone was intoxicated and people wouldn't understand how to treat her . She wasn't keen on bracelets or necklace id's saying she's a diabetic so this digital, discreet,gadget that slips on to her fitbit watch was perfect. Contains her medical history should anything happen to her when she's not conscious, for any reason.

The concept of it is great but the durability not so, it started to wear on the edges, after only a few months now after a year it’s completely snapped. If it’s out of warranty you can’t get a replacement you have to buy a new one. Hence the two stars. I’m not replacing it as £20 odd a year is not on, I’m looking for an alternative stronger band.

This by far is the best medical alert band I have come across and plus All the extra accessories that you can buy like stickers,wallet cards just makes sense to have and to pay the small monthly fee for the extra information to give to first responders for someone’s medical issue like mine ( Laryngectomy) and to notify my emergency contacts with a gps location and time that the code is read just gives everyone in my family so much more peace of mind that I can do things by myself again without to much worry about if something does happen that they can also call my phone to give anymore information or help to first responders and to know what and where iam going to be transported to for treatment is just a big relief and some freedom for me again

Easy setup. Fit is perfect. Durable. Fits various bands.

Set up was pretty extensive due to my medical history but fairly straightforward. Fits quite snug on the original band for my samsung watch 40mm but replacement bands are a little slimming fits closer to the watch. So far happy with my purchase even though only had it a few days.

I got it for my son that is diabetic and is great, you can add your personal information the medicine and allergies and people just scan it and take you to the page with all the information and parents and doctor phone number. great for emergencies.
