The media could not be loaded.  I already have a curvy body but im 5’1 weighing a good 180lbs and i love that this really highlights my curves and sucks in my tummy. Im typically a size XL in shirts so I bought a size large waist trainer hoping it’ll bring me down a size - took that risk not knowing if I would able to get it on or breathe while it’s on. But It’s really comfortable and not itchy and the boning is firm but flexible so I can sit without dying and I can definitely breathe fine. Also I have a short torso and I love that this is long enough to tuck in all my love handles. I have love handles under the armpit/side of my boobs, hip love handles, and squishy round belly and this literally just sucks all that in. I still really want to lose weight but until then I’m excited to wear this right now with my tight dresses. I definitely recommend!

I am getting married and have been on the hunt for good tummy control. This is the only product that I have not returned. It gets the job done. I am 5’2” and 129 lbs but because of multiple abdominal surgeries, I have a lot of scar tissue that stretchy shape wear just won’t hold in. I like that these are adjustable. I put it on the first hook towards the upper rib area and put it as tight as it will go in the lower belly where I need it the most.y only complaint is that it is for a longer torso. I’m actually going to have my seamstress take a couple rows off of this so it doesn’t come down on the hips and cause a crease.

I ordered 1 of these without the hooks and also ordered the one with the hooks both size Medium. Without wearing this unhooks waist trimmer my waist measurement was 33 1/2" and my stomach was 40". With this on my waist measurement was 32 3/4" and stomach 39" so not a dramatic change. Also this one is about 3/4-1" longer than the one with hooks and this does roll at the top (even when I pulled it down more just to see if it would still roll). I am 5'2 1/2" with a longer torso for my short height and it is too long for me. If you have some back fat it will push it to above the product and you will need to wear a slimming control tank to assist with smoothing that area out. Since the slimming was minimal if I had ordered a Large it would have done nothing to decrease/smooth me out. I will be requesting a refund/return for this one. The one with the hooks decreased me waist by 2" and my stomach by 2 3/4" which is wonderfull but I must warn you that it takes about 8 minutes to get into it and after wearing it for 5 hours my back did start to hurt. This one I wore on the largest size hooks and if I would had ordered a large I would have to wear on the smallest size hooks, not received the dramatic decrease affect, and after a couple of months I feel that with stretching it would not achieve the same affect. The hooked one also does the same pushing of your back fat up above the product. I did read from another review that this one can be cut so it doesn't go so high up.

I like the what I call a girdle to hold in all of my belly fat, but I actually have so much fat that didn’t hold it in well, but it does help. I have worn it three or four times and the good thing about it. It doesn’t roll down when I’ve bend over. I also loved the speed that Amazon got it sent to me. This is probably the only one I will ever wear because it is made with very good quality and it has stayed on me and held in some of my belly fat although, even when I’ve bend over, it doesn’t roll down on me I would recommend this girdle to anyone that needs to hold in some of their belly fat That is all I know to say about it, but I did like the girdle

I'm pretty fat, and boy lemme tell you this was a workout in itself to get fastened all the way.But it holds great, feels good, and does what it says it'll do as far as looks go.I was able to comfortably wear a shirt that was always a little small on me.I'm probably wearing one size too small but if you're strong enough to get it on, it's great.

**UPDATE **This thing sucks you right up!! Omg so 3xl was right for me. It made my stomach look flat and all. The only thing is sitting down was painful a little but I think it’s cus I’m not used to it and my core strength is non existent due to the c section. I would recommend to buy if you have a long torso!I am 5’9 about 240 pounds. I have a stomach due to recently having twins a year ago. I bought the XL thinking it would fit and it didn’t even come close to closing on putting together to close lol. I returned and ordered a 3xl and am waiting for the order.The packaging was very well and it came fast so I give it 3 stars.

I have very significant curves. My waist is much thinner than my hips and rib cage. The boning of it dug into my waist so much I couldn't wear it for more than 10 minutes. I have a longer torso also and it barely covers my mid-area.
