This text is a great tool to use with The Giver. This book has worksheets for each chapter, vocabulary activities, and supplemental texts. In short, there isn't much more you'd need to do a great job with Lowry's novel. I purchased several of these for the English teachers in my department and it worked well. Highly recommend.
