Love the blender AND the FAST customer service for repair work!
Update: Tribest customer service rocks!!! Twice I've had issues with the canister: seal went out and the tiny pegs on bottom broke. The pegs are required for the blender to work as they press down the "operate" button. I called customer service AND emailed photos of the issue each time. They were VERY prompt in mailing me new and BETTER parts!! Even though the canister isn't covered under warranty, they replaced it with a NEW UPGRADED version with which the pegs are engineered differently and difficult to snap off! They also sent me a newly designed blade and upgraded vacuum pump! Love Tribest! I have also made ice cream with the blender (GREAT... add avocado for creamier effect), but no soup yet. I'm on my way to that. (Old Post) Really awesome blender. I haven't been able to use it in its full capacity yet, but have been making smoothies A LOT! The vacuum unit is great!! I made smoothies with it and without it. You can tell the difference by the color of the smoothie. Also, just 2 1/2 months after getting it, the blade gears burnt up and I found the small base gear rubber housing underneath the main rubber base on the housing was dry rotted. My smoothies were draining out through the blade seals. I called them. They got my registration. Had me take some photos and email them. Within a week I had the replacement parts. It was smooth and easy. Replacing the parts was easy, too! Thankful for this blender! Cannot wait to make ice cream or soup!

Poor Reliability
UPDATE:This blender finally “bit the dust” and I had to go back to my old (over 10yr old) Vitamix. I will not be pursuing a repair as I have lost all confidence in Tribest blender quality. If you are a daily user (especially making smoothies using frozen fruit), I do not recommend this unit. I will be replacing this blender with a new Vitamix.—————————I purchased this product 3 months ago and have had two significant issues in that time. The first time the motor clutch broke as well as the point on the pitcher that compresses the motor clutch. I did not have issues with sending the unit for repair to Tribest. They performed the repair in a timely fashion. I did however, have to pay for shipping the damaged part to them =[. The next issue happened a few days ago and the part that spins the blade in the blender broke, the motor clutch broke again along with the pitcher portion that compresses the motor clutch. There is a serious issue with this design and Tribest needs to look into improving their reliability. For nearly $600, one should not expect this type of reliability.

Does not avoid bubbles and froth in the smoothe
I was hoping this would fix my major complaint with Vitamix 6300 - I don't like froth/bubbles in my smoothie. I use my much cheaper nutri ninja auto IQ when not adding tough ingredients - it does not create froth or bubbles as works better than Vitamix then. Finally I can replace those two blenders with one was my thought.I was excited to see the air bubbling out of the water and going up when using the pump. But when the smoothie was done, it actually had more froth than the Vitamix. With my tall jar, I usually pulse the Vitamix on and off and get rid of most of the bubbles and froth. Same trick did not work with this blender. Was I doing something wrong ? But I did feel the air rush in when opening the flappy thing in the lid, so the pump created some vacuum. Tried the next smoothe with 60 seconds of pumping instead of the suggested 30 seconds. Again the problem with bubbles and froth.I was determined to make this work, mulled it over for a couple of days and tried again. No luck. Thanks to amazon prime, returning this.

the 40 mm cannon of blenders
This thing is a BEAST. As much of a cook and baker as I am, I've never been crazy on making sure I have a powerful blender. Sure, I have a nice Kitchenaid mixer and a fancy coffee machine and everything in between, but beyond having a good vegetable chopper I've never taken a blender seriously.Enter the Tribest Dynapro. Sweet mother, just opening this box and seeing all the components made me realize that any appliance can get complicated. So many parts, so many bags...and this brings me to my first gripe. There is a manual that comes with this beast, but it's only thick because it includes several languages. The manual does detail several of the components of the box, but several of them are omitted. I eventually figured out that the white pump is a manual hand-pump version of the automated, battery powered vacuum pump. There is another little bag of black rubber and plastic pieces, which I believe I've figured out are replacement rings and stoppers for the blender that are expected to wear out. For such a dynamite product, this documentation is a disappointment.Once put together, I went to work building my first ever health smoothie. I threw in some ice cubes, vegetables and fruits and pressed the "blend" button. 30 seconds of loud terror later, it was done and smooth as could be. It's VERY loud, but gets the job done for sure. I didn't need to press my hand down on the top like normal blenders - it stays put. Then, I tried the battery powered vacuum pump. You don't really have a way of knowing how much is enough, but the manual does suggest 30 seconds. I pressed the button for about 15-20 seconds, and then it just shut off. So, I guess that was the indicator. Then I re-blended a new batch. Couldn't really tell the difference in batches. What exactly does the pump do? I don't know, but it's there.Speaking of bad documentation, I couldn't figure out right away how to use this thing other than the quick-blend/pulse features. The manual override buttons and digital display are confusing as heck. I'm going to have to get online and see if there are any user blogs out there to help me decode this thing.Overall: awesome construction, powerful and mighty...but the scant documentation knock a star off this review. As a software developer, I hate documentation too. But I also know how important it is and get it done. Shame on you, Tribest, for that....that said, I can't wait to see what else I can do with this monstrous beast of a blender!

Has the power to get it done right
I've owned blenders that were slightly more silent, but none that hammered through frozen solid fruit and ice like this one. Great vortex action on full blend
