Q: Can you shake with hot liquids?

The simple answer is NO, it is very thin material and though it is perfect for a single Martini, Shaken, not Stirred, if the liquid were really hot you could burn your fingers. I do wish they made it with a rubber wrap-around on the body and a rubber-covered top cap for it gets cold instantly when shaken with ice. bernard
