This gaming system is amazing and their customer service is impeccable. I bought this 6 months ago. My system wasn’t turning on and I messaged them about it. They sent me a new one within 3 days! The only complaint is that the Nintendo 64 and PlayStation part of the system lags. I would not advise to buy it for those games but all the other ones definitely make up for it so that’s why I’m still giving them five stars!!

The promise of 114,000 retro games is ruined by a loud, clunky and frustrating device. The fan is loud; there's no power switch and the unit turns itself back on after you shut it down, so the only way to not have it on is to unplug it --EVERY TIME; switching to Android TV requires removing the cheap/generic microSD card which was taped over with a 'warranty void if removed' sticker (Google search "1975 Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act" - such stickers are meaningless in the USA). Many games result in a screen of computer code errors (try the multiple included versions of 'Missile Command' and witness that many do not load). Games are missing from the games listed in the sellers Word Doc referenced in the Q&A under this product's Amazon listing (eg; there is no "Daytona USA" included for Dreamcast --the one game I really wanted). Worst of all N64 games run really, r e a l l y sloooowww. I tried Goldeneye for N64 and it is simply not possible to play on this unit because it stutters and judders. I even tried switching to other emulators included on the device, but none worked to play N64 games in a usable/acceptable fashion.I give it 2 Stars as it does okay with 8 and 16 bit games, but there are cheaper models in the Super Console X lineup that will play those games. I am returning this device and exploring options to use a mini PC for retro game emulation as a more satisfying result with 32 and 64 bit (and higher) games.

I had a hard time with all the reviews and products out there but if your looking for NES, SNES and 58 other gaming systems with all the games this is it! I took my kids to see Mario and I couldn't wait to have them play the original Mario games. They were super impressed with the game and I was super impressed with the system. Works really well, comes with 2 controllers and couldn't be happier. Pro move, buy triple A batteries before the Console arrives.

This machine is plug and play and right away you can enjoy the game you grew up with. It has more than 100,000 games it claims but just letting you know there's a lot of duplicate game also. So i can say its around 75,000 games but that still a lot. Some Games for more advance or newer consoles like Nintendo 64 and Dreamcast has some games that wont work. If you're more experience in tweaking or choosing the right emulator this is also for you because it has options to choose the right emulator but i suggest just let it be if you are not good at that field because i am not so i just play it the way i got it. These type of consoles are tiny bit fragile and the micro sd they used are maybe not high quality so tweaking it all the time might affect the micro sd, i don't know im not an expert but i just heard that what's happening in some of this Retro consoles. Over All i love it.

Does not connect to internet and use the controllers it comes with or you will have a stroke also n64 games are choppy and barely playable for overall not bad for the money a real time killer also very nice nes roms
