Res-Med AirSense AutoSet 10 with standard hose, carry case and heated humidifier

Quite and reliable. This is my 3rd cpap in 10 years. I love the auto setting and Ramp up feature. Filling the water tank is easy. My only issue is the on/off button is bright and located on top if the unit. If I shut off the unit midway during the night it shines on the ceiling.Easy to over come...Controls a easy to set. Recommend

Love it already. First week and sleep is great. Amazing price for a fool proof plug and play miracle. Easy set up. Came faster than promised. Purchased to replace a five year Resmed S9 that was starting to make odd noises. Did not think I could love anything more than that S9 but this model is quieter, lighter, and even more sophisticated/automated. Without the humidifier, the S9 is smaller. But this is smaller and less bulky than the S9 + S9 humidifier attached. Didn't register with Resmed so can't speak about the online aspects of the machine as am not much interested in those.

What I love about this machine is that it adjust the pressure you need as you sleep. So mine was set from 8 to 20. Now during the night it would just between those numbers as my breathing requires. The thing I do not like about this machine is the humidifier hardly uses any water and I don't feel like I'm getting any moisture in the air. I have it set on 4, but if I turn it up to 5 I get actual wetness. I've tried different levels of water in the reserve, but on for you can't tell any water was used. I don't know if mine's just defective or if this is just the way it works. If anyone else has one that reads this please let me know how your humidifier works. Thanks

this unit was a cinch to set up. very easy. distilled water only for the reservoir. set the humidifier to 4 which kept my nasal passages clear throughout the night. woke up energized after 9.5 hours of sleep. no headachy feeling. this is a very nice CPAP machine that was $95 cheaper than what my health insurance was offering. highly recommend. repeating, the set-up could have been accomplished by a 5th grade student.
