So far this is a great system, better than the Owlet imo. The video is crystal clear and streams in almost real time (with the owlet I couldn’t tell if the video was frozen the entire time I was streaming). The camera can rotate - almost - 360 degrees, which is a great feature because you can track your child as he/she moves around the bassinet/crib. The camera has a built in SD slot so you can record videos locally on a micro sid card and has an option to play 5 or 6 different children's songs using a small built in speaker (the songs aren’t great but I’ve actually incorporated them into a bed time routine the last couple of nights). Lastly, the setup was way easier than the owlet, which I found extremely frustrating, maybe I had a faulty sock base. To setup the eufy you just scan the QR code on the bottom of the device. I do think the Owlet tracks both bpm and oxygen levels whereas the eufy only tracks bmp - but for me owlet the camera quality was a deal breaker. Neither system is FDA approved if I’m not mistaken because both systems are not intended to be a “medical device”.

The high quality images, reasonable price, and added peace of mind from the heart rate monitor make it a great investment for any parent

The camera, smart sock, and base worked flawlessly for 5 months. It was the perfect baby monitor for our son and we were thoroughly happy with our choice to use eufy baby over other brands. Unfortunately, our camera stopped working out of the blue and I cannot get any help from eufy customer support. I’ve been in back and forth contact with someone for over a week, even tried escalating my case to management via a link they provide, but no success. We’ve been having to use a travel cam as a backup this whole time. Sadly think I will be requesting a refund and trying another brand’s product.

Save some money and get this instead of the owlet. The smart sock does the same thing and the video quality is absolutely beautiful. The camera notifies us on our base by our bed & on our phones if she’s crying and we can swivel the camera angle to get the view that we want which is perfect for us because we have Irish twins, 10 months apart. This allows us to check on our baby boy too so that we can clearly see them both when we check in. I love that the sock also monitors how many hours she slept. Definitely helps when tracking how her sleep training is going. Thankfully we have not had her blood oxygen or heart rate go out of range so we haven’t heard what that alarm sounds like but all the other alarms are loud enough to get our attention. It also notifies us if the sock is on incorrectly and not picking up a reading. I recommend this brand for home security as well. We love Eufy and will continue to shop & recommend to all of our friends and family. Add to cart. You won’t regret it.

Was so hyped on this originally. Camera stopped working with night vision three months in. Sock was completely non responsive by six months.Edit: they were great about replacing the defective items. Just annoying to have to go through.

No issues with the audio or video. picture is clear. wifi only connects to 2.4ghz so that can be problematic on some networks. the sock is functional. Mini human is 18 months old now and the device's night light features stopped working. Rough to potentially purchase another monitor related device for the next few months. 18 months before the device breaks isn't high enough quality for me.

Bought this monitor specifically for the heart rate monitoring (I’m a paranoid nurse mom who’s seen too much). Being able to control the camera from the app while I’m at work is also an amazing perk. I will say there was some tweaking that needed done to the app when I first bought it and the Eufy company listened to its customer’s feedback and made an amazing monitor. It’s only gone off once when the monitor wasn’t put on right and slid off his foot. The base started to loudly say “check on your baby” over and over, woke me quickly from my sleep. And if I’m busy doing stuff and don’t have the monitor pulled up on my phone it sends a notification to my phone and apple watch if he starts to cry. They’ve also made updates so the app now functions on iPads and not just phones. So I can leave the iPad with my babysitter and not need them to download the app and get access to the camera in his room while they watch him. I also purchased the owlet when he was first born and compared them (I wanted the best one), the owlet does NOT send heart rate or O2 sat notifications, just tells you the range when they wake the next morning (what good is that?). Eufy was hands down the winner when it came to real time notifications of what’s going on with my baby. Highly recommend. Update: Eufy now has heart rate AND oxygen saturation monitoring!

We purchased this with our second baby and have now been using it for a month. I am so impressed with the quality of this product. The packaging is fantastic and gives you the feel of a high quality product. The camera is great quality with clear night vision and gives a very wide angle of the room. A wall mount and a crib mount comes included which I didn't realize! The sock and the base works great and I love the app as well!! I can't see myself using the sock up to 18 months but the camera and parent base unit can be used without it. I love the fact that I don't have to keep the app open on my phone at night - that's where the base has a speaker. Everything can be set up to use the way you want with the volume you prefer. I would highly recommend this to any new parent. I which I had this with my first.

We bought this product for our new born, after 2 weeks (maybe less) the night vision of the cámara stopped working. We were investigating the possible solutions and they told us that the warranty should be handled directly with the brand and not with Amazon.Eufy asked us to send them the camera so they would review it and provide us a response! That was by the end of December and we are still waiting for a solution or replacement! We bought this product because with a new born you really need it and we have been waiting more than a month for a solution. Now they said that the cámara is out of stock and they need to check their availability in the US. We are so disappointed. It’s not a cheap product, we bought this because we really need a camera for our baby and didn’t work at all, was damage almost immediately and the customer service of the brand it’s really poor.Don’t buy any EUFY product

This is a good monitor, my son tends to stop breathing due to acid reflux. However I ordered the sock PLUS video camera, and only received the sock and when I contacted support they said there wasn’t anything they could do for me. So wasted money on buying the bundle…If you’re wanting to buy it for the camera and sock it’s not worth it you only get part of it.
