I always buy this it has a warning on it about the package but it tastes so pure and good and I feel is much better quality than some of the other protein powders. This is my go-to for protein powder. Taste great texture great value

This thickens when cold, but is great in a coffee. I'd probably do 8-10 oz of water with it if you aren't aging any milk to your coffee. It gets frothy just with a mixer ball. No particulates after a good shake, so it blend well. It is very fine. The ship is big, probably 1/3 cup. I wouldn't pack it, but also because it is so don't, there's a likelihood of spilling while trying to get the big scoop out of the pack. Just the straight taste is kind of like after you have a bowl of cereal, not really any flavor, but that texture. Seems good. Also added it to a cake and it is great!

Very fine powder and high quality milk protein. No weird flavoring, no sweetness, no fake aftertaste. It’s exactly what it claims to be. Because it’s so fine, it definitely mixes best with a blender or shaker bottle. Spoon-stirring will leave clumps. Once blended, the texture is smooth and easy to drink. If you want real protein without the dessert gimmicks, this is a solid choice. Would buy again.

It’s very fine and gets everywhere if you’re not careful, but it’s a great way to add protein to yogurt or sauces. I found the flavor to be minimal.

Man oh man! Look up all the cool things you can do with this stuff and you’ll be amazed. Desserts that will blow you away and not make you gain weight, which require only this and one or two additional ingredients for one thing. A new discovery for us but now a necessity.

Made my husband sick. After trying it on 3 different occasions it made him sick within an hour every time. Had to throw away and that sucks at $20 a bag ! Caused really bad upset stomach, stomach pain and vomiting. I do not recommend !

I tried just milk powder before and I didn't like the taste at all. Decided to spend the extra $$ on the Total Milk Protein powder and I'm so glad I did. It was a total game changer. My carnivore biscuits now come out perfect and delicious. Makes great burger buns!
