One star because zero star not an option.This book is NOT sweet like Julia Donaldson‘s Room On A Broom!This one definitely immerses you in the realm of evil, nothing virtuous about this book!Costs too much to return, easier to throw in garbage!

The illustrations are full of delightful surprises that kept my kids busy exploring just the pictures. The story is entertaining and the vocabulary used is just what I look for to enrich my kids’ language arts skills. One of my favorite Halloween books!
