Perfect Gift!
I gifted this to my Dad for Christmas & he absolutely loved it! He has been a train lover all his life & one of his favorite things to collect (besides trains), is nutcrackers! Clearly this was the perfect gift for him & he absolutely loves it! When I received the package this nutcracker is a lot bigger than I expected, which I am glad because it is a little pricey, but totally worth it!

We call him Jimmy after Jimmy Buffett
My daughter collects nutcrackers. We decided to get her a fun tropical nutcracker because she lives in Florida. She loves it! ❤️ I didn't realize he had a parrot on his hand and I was like, with the sunglasses, hat, parrot, beach sign and summer clothes he looks like Jimmy Buffett! So she and her husband are calling him Jimmy! 🎄 Cute well made nutcracker. Thank you!

Terrible quality and arrived damaged
Product arrived with scratches, poor paint job, apparently a missing piece on the head, and overall shoddy workmanship. I regret not dealing with it sooner as the return window has closed. I won't be able to give it as a gift without repairing/repainting it.

The first one I received was damaged but the replacement was exactly what I wanted. It will be a nice present.

Confused about return
Cute nutcracker to add to collection but arrived broken. I dropped it off at kohl’s for the return but I do not see any indication of this on the order. I want to make sure I am not charged a second time for replacement because I did return the item.

Total happy damit. Ich liebe den Sommer und Weihnachten somit die perfekte Kombination gefunden :DEin Stern Abzug gab es weil der Kumpel leider schon beschädigt war, was heißen soll, der halbe Arm war ab. Aber mit bisschen kleber konnte man es ganz gut retten.
