Top quality 10KG pair of barbell weights. Compatible with olympic bars. Perfect for your home gym. Only note to point out is that out of the box they are a bit greasy due likely to the release agent used in their production (allows for their easy removal from the mold). So I recommend using a warm damp microfibre cloth to give them a clean. Due to their excellent quality I'll be looking to buy more.

These plates are superb quality at a great price. They have a great feature that prevents the user from consuming too many calories, as around 35% of the food falls through the holes. Doesn't say if they're dishwasher safe though.
