This Victorinox Cutting Board in XS is a fantastic little addition to my kitchen. While small, it's perfectly formed and ideal for those quick chopping tasks, like slicing a lemon, dicing a clove of garlic, or preparing a single serving of vegetables. Its compact size makes it incredibly convenient to use and store, especially if you have limited counter space. Despite its diminutive size, it feels robust and well-made, as you'd expect from Victorinox. The material is gentle on my knives, yet provides a good, stable cutting surface. It's also very easy to clean, which is a huge plus. If you're looking for a small, high-quality cutting board for everyday use, this one is definitely worth considering. It's perfect for single-person households or as a supplementary board for smaller tasks. Highly recommended!

Second purchase, looks good

Cutting scratches on the board after the first use which is expected. It stated that the material is engineered wood/ paper composite material. I hope that it is safer than plastic board.

Didn’t know what I expected of this good looking board.But did find it marked very easily, so in time it will look very scored and how that will affect longevity only time will tell.

I strongly advise against purchasing this product! It felt cheap and arrived damaged—definitely not worth the money. It wasn't even wrapped during shipping, and one corner of the board was missing! What a disappointment, especially since it claims to be "Made in the USA." I ended up returning it and regretted not reading the reviews before making my purchase

10 years ago I purchased a large black board and it was great. I recently bought two of the brown ones. Once they have any contact with moisture they both stink of a weird chemical smell that even gets into the food. I was them well, it made no difference. I rubbed them down with salt and lemon juice, no difference. I ran them through the dishwasher (as they are dishwasher safe), no difference except that my dishwasher and other dishes now have the same disturbing chemical smell. I am completely disturbed as to what chemicals I must be putting on my food with these boards. I do not recommend them and wish I had never bought them.

Just black hardboard, every knife mark is visible. Way too expensive for what it is
