RockportMen's Nothfield Oxford

These are the best for wet winter weather. Despite being waterproof, they don't make my feet sweat. Roomy interior and large toe box allow me to wear mid-weight woolen socks. I suffer from Reynaud's in the winter, but these keep my feet warm and dry. Could use a bit more arch support though, but overall, I'm happy with these. My old pair wore out and I could find these only on Amazon.

The laces began to break apart in days even in places that were not under tension like the outer loops. The shoes themselves are fine but I expect months not days out of the laces.

These are very dependable shoes, accurately sized and comfortable. Good shoes for people with back problems who need solid soles. I don’t like the color and wish there were a darker brown option. I have had several pairs and they are great for walking and standing in lines, etc.

I bought a pair of brown suede Rockport walking shoes for my husband, as his balance is sometimes a little off as he’s growing more dignified with years. He wears New Balance sneakers with inserts most of the time, but the Rockports are good when he wants a change. As a conductor, I have watched his discomfort on stage in black dress shoes. I bought these, and he wore them while practicing for an hour the other day. He says they are comfortable, well balanced, and that he would feel good about wearing them on stage.

I go through about two pair a year bc I wear them every day. They are good work shoes and hold up.

I've only worn these shoes once and briefly, but they're quite comfortable. Look great too.

They look good with jeans or slacks,the dark tan with black low profile lug soles and round toes was exactly what I'd been looking for.

Rockports are a great brand. I've been buying them for years and they always prove to be excellent value.

Always buy Rockport as they never let you down when it comes to comfort and style.

The shoes were fine until the heels wore down and become very slippery in the wet. I checked how long I had owned them - just 18 months, although I did wear them a lot. They cannot be resoled. I have demoted them to gardening shoes and replaced them with something different.

My daughter suggested these shoes for me after I fell on the ice in December. It is a very solid,warm shoe with a study sole, perfect for snowy and icy days.I would rate it as 70% for comfort. I bought the wide fitting size which in hindsight was a mistake. The normal width would have fitted better but that is one of the problems of buying shoes on the internet.My only other complaint was the 3 week delivery time between ordering it before Chrismas and receiving the shoes in mid January.

It is comfortable and hard wearung. A tough shoe and looks good.
