This desk is simply lovely!The top is beautiful and solid, the finish is just perfect and the size is ideal.This desk was packaged very well to keep from any damage happening and each of the legs was fully bubble wrapped to keep them from scratching the top. Once I opened the large box, and removed all the protective wrapping, it only took a few minutes to attach the bolts.Each leg base is secured in with 6 bolts. The bolts go directly into metal threadings and are very easy to screw in by hand and then tighten with the included allen wrench.The desk also comes with 4 “feet” to screw into the metal legs. I chose to take these off as they did add about an inch more height to the table and I preferred it to be lower.I am not using this as a desk, but instead a table for my sunroom. I absolutely love the way it looks and the size is exactly what I wanted for the space.This desk is a really fantastic transitional piece that could easily be move into another space if everI hope this review is helpful in your purchase.

This is a solid wood desk, with curved edges. The color is rich dark walnut, and the wood is nice and dark. The legs are a good looking metal, and it's a very easy assembly. The wood feels very solid, but I can't tell what it's made of for sure - it may be treated pine, or could easily be hard wood.I like this a lot - it doesn't have the extra shelves above or under the desk that some others have, but otherwise it's really nice.

Small dent and scratches

I absolutely love this table. It is the perfect small size for the office desk that I wanted. I think it would look great as a small apartment dining table too. The look and feel is very elegant and luxurious. It was simple to assemble and took less than an hour. It has a good weight without being impossible to move. The height is perfect with ample leg room under the table. I highly recommend this table!

I love the desk, don’t get me wrong. The wood appears to be solid but also feels somewhat light. When I was drilling my cable management rack into the bottom, the wood “crumbled”. I don’t know what species of wood this is, but it seems sturdy enough. I hung my computer tower from the bottom on a rack as well.The color is much more of a walnut than blonde you see in the picture. The legs also looked bigger and a shade of brown in the photo. Not a huge deal as I think this color configuration works well in my space. Just know that the color in my photo is accurate and the legs are black.Assembly was super easy as the bolts just had to be screwed into the desk top. The live edge is actually pretty nice and adds a nice touch.Quality:Do I think this warrants the price tag? Not really. This is way over priced for what it is. It should be no more than $300 for what you get. The left and right edges were pretty marred up even though it was packaged well.Overall, I’m not dissatisfied, but I’m also not impressed. It does the job.
