This is second fan I've purchased from Reiga. I had no issues with the first one which I installed 6 months. However, the second fan has some subtle design differences, and the light does not work. All the wiring is correctly installed.

Product is as advertised & is very quiet, it has really nice shaped blades, am very happy overall with the fan.

after one week use,,, it is very good choice,,, now i need to take two more but the price is very high and everyday different price,, in week back I'm paid 490 AED now its 650 AED !!!

It did not meet our requirements. The description says that they offer 30 days unsatisfied replacement free or return 100% refund service. But they closed the return back offer within 2 weeks.

Within a week the led light stopped working seller is responsive but wouldnt help with a manual, the light is still broken no further communication from seller ...

The fan is great but it made a noise during acceleration and deceleration and on high speed when I contacted amazon they said that the fan doesn't have a warranty .

Love the fan so much I bought a second one for my 4 seasons room. That one required a 24" down rod. First one I bought was incorrect so here is what worked.Kathy Ireland Brand down tubes have no threads, are .84" outer diameter and .625" inner diameter. Works perfect with this fan.Hope this helps anyone looking for a longer down tube.

The fans look great but you’ll be disappointed not long after installing them. I have 2 of these and they give off a noticeable amount of air inside of a screen in 10x20 patio.From the jump, the fans had completely different mounting options that were mismatched and I could not install one of the fan’s canopy covering the wires until they sent me a replacement part.The issues, they are noisy and wobbly. The balance kit they come with does not work because the blades are too thick. I tried to balance them different ways but no success so they wobble and make a ton of noise.I was never able to get the smart functions to work, even after reaching out to customer service. The steps they have you do simply do not work.Most recently, at the 6 month mark, the warm white light stopped working on one of the fans and you can’t switch between color temperatures. The other issue is that the light will not turn off at all.I should have returned the fans when I initially had mismatched mounting brackets, now I’m back to looking for new fans.

I'll start with the good news about this fan. The fan is attractive. The wood blades have an appealing curve to them, and look natural (some wood fan blades look fake). The fan is very quiet due to its DC motor, which was important to us because we installed it in our home theater. The remote operates the fan effectively, and we like that it has a 1, 3, and 8-hour timer to turn off the fan automatically at those settings. Air flow is excellent, even on the lowest speeds. The bad news is the directions for installing the fan are poor. Since I was a teenager, I've installed at least 20 fans (including a Hunter original) and due to the lack of guidance and poor English (e.g., "Let the downrod across the canopy...") in the installation instructions, I had to rely on prior experience to fill in the gaps. Some screws are not in the package of screws that come with the fan. Instead, they're already installed in the fan. Be nice if they told you that rather than thinking they didn't include them with the fan. There were a few other headaches too. No number to call for customer service if you have questions--just an email address. The insert that came with the fan says, "We pay attention to your use feedback... Come on!" so hopefully they'll improve their installation instructions.

This has been the perfect addition to our room! It is beautiful in person, quiet, and moves a large amount of air. The remote is great because I can use it from bed. I often turn it off at night because I am cold, which is quite welcome in our Arizona summers. Keeps the air conditioner from running constantly which saves us money. We have 7 fans in our house and this is by far our favorite one! The blades are actually wood and assembly was simple for those that are handy. Would purchase again!!
