I bought this on Amazon soon after my engagement as I love books and love my Catholic faith so I was eager to get started on planning my wedding in the Church. We recently had Pre-Cana and guess what was given to us in our packet, this book. :)The silver lining, now we have two books so we each have a book we can sit and take our time with.

This book outlines everything you need to consider for your wedding ceremony in whatever style you choose. With or without a mass this book outlines how you can choose from several options in each step of the ceremony. We loved it because it made planning the ceremony so personal. It will make our wedding more memorable since we played a huge roll in its planning. The ceremony is the part that I feel should have the spotlight and is the most special part of the wedding day. After all, making your vows is why you are celebrating.

This book is an essential guide for anyone interested in planning a wedding in the Roman Catholic Church. It clearly and concisely lays out all the forms of the Mass and provides an extensive list of suggestions for readings, with superficial but nevertheless helpful commentary. Its greatest appeal, however, is the fact that this book is very widely utilized and so will serve as a good starting point for speaking with one's priest, organist, soloist, and the hosting church.

Perfect book for planning the Liturgy for your wedding.

This is an excellent resource my husband and I used to plan our Catholic mass. We enjoyed the process of choosing each part and the descriptions in this book were so helpful! Would recommend for any couple preparing for a wedding mass.

Our church gave us a copy to help plan our ceremony. But we left it at one our homes and we needed to make decisions before we'd be able to get it back. So we bought another here. Great step-by-step tool. Definitely recommended for Catholic wedding masses.

This booklet was quite helpful in planning my wedding ceremony. All the suggested readings are given along with useful commentaries. Additionally all the prayers are listed including their number designations. These features enable one to make choices and communicate them clearly to the presider
