It's difficult finding magnolia bark in the west, so I decided to take a chance and buy from this seller.Well it works and it's 100% Magnolia bark!I use it to make a tea, it's very good for anxiety and sleep.Mainly though I use it for anxiety. I suffer with borderline agoraphobia and going out for me has been difficult. After trying one cup of tea with this using 4 pieces of bark. I was able to go out and do things, I felt like a normal person for once lol.It is strong! So I would caution driving with this. It works on the GABA receptors similar to Benzos or even Ambien. So I would treat it similarly.Anyways hope this helps, definitely recommend.

the tea looks brownish but it taste like wood...don't feel anything after drinking it. this tea is not for me. I will stick to cranberry tea

The bag is FULL and a nice size. The product is excellent. I really have enjoyed working with this product and will absolutely use this brand again!

Bought those to help my mom sleep, and it worked like a charm. Highly recommend. I grounded it up in a coffee grinder and put it in capsules for consumption.
