Since I started taking Citicoline 2 weeks ago, I have noticed a marked difference in clarity of thought. No fighting sleep everyday. Just an over all since of alertness and feel better. It is amazing.

I don't know where I'd be without it and I'm not willing to risk finding out. The demand on my mental faculties has increased and I can't afford fogginess or lapses. At my age, these are events that can easily befall me. There have been no conflicts with other medications I take and my PCP has found no issues. I find it safe and easy to swallow.

I bought this CDP Choline ($19) and Jarrow's Formular CDP Choline ($33) to compare. They are the same dose (250mg) and the same amount of capsules (120).They were both effective for me at improving my energy and focus, but I got a noticeably greater effect from the Jarrow's Formula.I'm very happy with both products becuase they work for my ADHD almost as well as a low dose of Adderall. Taking caffeine + theanine will amplify the effect positively. Choline lasts a very long time so I take one pill (250mg) in the morning once daily.From reading accounts online it seems people have extremely diverse reactions to Choline. My reaction, for what it's worth, was only positive. On day 4 today and I've had all the motivation, energy, and focus that I have needed for the past 4 days. It made exercise both easier and more fun! And it reduced my sugar cravings. Little or no anxiety increase. The effect has not diminished over time, but I will still cycle it as I do with all drugs. Taking breaks is important to mitigate dependence and tolerance.For what it's worth, I'm vegan so I never eat eggs or meat. I do however eat lots of nuts, cruciferous vegetables, and soybeans which are great sources of dietary Choline. This product still had a dramatic effect on me so that tells me it would be very hard if not impossible to get similar results from dietary choline.

Having used cholinergics for probably about four years now, I've mostly used jarrow thinking it was the foremost option/ only option for citicoline. Jarrow is a great company but is not necessarily cheap unless you buy in bulk so it's made me look for cheaper options. Trying to be objective considering I've only used this product for about 2 weeks in a noot stack (and not being able to speak for its purity or concentration), I would say this particular product feels comparable to jarrow's citicoline and is considerably cheaper an option. If the price remains the same, I will definitely continue to purchase from "amazing nutrition" in the future. Would also be curious to see what other cognitive supplements they can try their hands at.

The capsules seem to be of poor quality. When I opened the bottle, it felt like there was powder in there, as if a capsule opened up. This was the cheapest cost per capsule and I think I got what I paid for. I will likely pay more and get a higher quality next time.

I decided I'd start taking one 250mg cap right before bed and see what happened. The dream memory came back within a few days! I am currently taking it when I remember, which isn't every day. Still remembering dreams, so this stuff really works.
