Good for it's price. I got the 5M measuring tap for rs. 95 Good for normal home usage. Length is good, it's is portable. Retraction speed is fast and the button is smooth. Good grip.

Product is good and looks strong, one minor problem I see is that when you open it more than 3/4 feet to measure something vertically, tape bends a little. Apart from this build quality looks good, auto lock is good option.
