This really works
I have tried other brands but none can compete with this. Read the ingredients. It contains a cough suppressant, nasal decongestant, and also expectorant. Very few contain all three. It works very fast . I recommend this to anyone with severe congestion and cough. It actually helps bring up the mucus. I have severe bronchitis and will only buy this this.

Tasted interesting
It doesn’t taste awful like other medicines. The product does work, at least for me it does. I struggle a lot with nasal drip so this helps me get that stubborn mucus up.

It works
I bought this late last year around thanksgiving but by the time it got delivered I was better. I’m sick now and tried out this cough meds and it works great! Def helps stopped me coughing and helped with congestion. Def would buy again

Cough suppressant cough relief
Cough suppressant it helps with cough I get dry cough sometimes at night first time I tried it it stopped it immediately. The second time it helped I would recommend this to someone who has a nasty cough or dry cough.

So where all the five stars reviews come from I don't know. The medicine is no better than any other brand I've tried. If you're looking for a miracle we'll this won't be it. The taste is okay. But I didn't notice any great results.
