Loved the Anti Gravity Feature
Recently bought this bag, I'm a Fan! It's a premium quality bag. I can literally carry tons of stuff in this. It has dedicated pockets for everything which helps me organise my laptop, airpods, hard drive and all other office accessories. It takes me 1 hr in office commute on a Bike, which is strenuous to my back. Then I came across this bag with its unique antigravity feature. Quite interestingly, this bag’s weight feels very light. The build is super cool. The bag looks and feels expensive and at the same time has amazing functional value. For eg the laptop sleeve, is designed such that your laptop remains intact inside and doesn't get scratches from the rest of the things. Amazon delivered this pretty quick too!

Zipper issues
The quality of the zipper of the bag is a concern. In just a few months of usage, one of the zippers got stuck and eventually separated.

Very bad experience
The second big zip was broken and the replacement product had the same defect. So a continuous manufacturing defect is there

Faced faulty Zip (chain) issue twice
I returned the product once as there was a zipper fault. I got the bag replaced and the issue still exist. I have returned to replace the same bagpack and issue exist in new once too. It seems they are using low grade zips (chain). Rest of the material is quite good sturdy.

Good design Good Ergonomics
This laptop is designed well for both functionality and ergonomics. While the bag is spacious to add more items, the AGS design allows carrying the heavy bag with less efforts. While travelling, I feel the difference with AGS compared to my earlier laptop bags.

Bad service and quality.
I purchase this bag at Rs. 4000. But the quality of this bag is not adequate. The zip quality is very bad. The service of this bag seller is very very bad. So ignore it.

Over priced
Quality is really good. But anty gravity only works when you run or speedily walk. Price is also high compared to product
