Great product, but they need a better way to package.
The media could not be loaded. The product is awesome. But they put a wax paper inside the packaging with the shirt, over the design. The paper was stuck to the design. It was a replacement item since it happened to the first we got. My daughter carefully used a wet rag to clear the paper without damaging the design.
