Ultra Absorbent Quick Dry Swim Towel, Chamois Towel for Swimmers, Lightweight Shammy Towel for Swimming & Other Water Sports

I replaced an old Tyr dry off sport towel. I tried to get the Tyr towel, but unavailable for months and seriously pleased to find Tough towel, it performs better! Keep in mind, this is a synthetic towel that acts like a sponge, much better than an ordinary towel!

I keep this shammy in my scuba bag, and takes up a lot less space than a towel. Space is very tight on the boat. Works great after finishing a dive.

It really keeps you cool. Instructions are super easy. Wet, wring, snap (watch your eyes), wear.I did find it cumbersome around my neck, and prefered wearing it around my head. Must keep it damp or it can and will break if dry, o stored it in plastic bowl with lid. But now its winter and not needed. Guess will keep it in the bowl, damp, and hope it doesn't sour even though it was washed with mild soap and water. I

Got this for my older daughter doing dive at school. It’s huge so she cut it in half and uses it several times a week. It’s holding up really well! Works great! Really large so u could even use it for other things (although would share uses if you are using it for swim / dive). Cool color too - purple!

I’ve had a chamois many years ago when I was on my high school swim team. We all used them to dry off quickly between races so we wouldn’t be wet and cold, or after practice so we could get dressed. I recently went on a trip to Indonesia for scuba diving. I only took a backpack so needed a quick dry and very small option and decided to buy this easy to bring with me option. I only used it for this trip so had no issues with smell and kept it in its case once it was mostly dried. 10/10 would buy again for another trip.

I had one of these when I used to do competitive diving in high school. It was made by speedo (I think?) and was crucial - always getting in and out of the pool and needing to dry off.I bought this hoping it would be similar quality and it is!I took it to Mexico and it was awesome. I used it every single day; at the beach, at the pool -- even for my sweat (ha!).Super absorbant, lightweight, dries completely.Love it.

Meh, it's fine, it is absorbent and dries quickly, as advertised. It just doesn't feel great on my skin.I bought a Flow Hydro microfiber option at the same time and like the feel of that much more, and its larger size ("Medium" 48x24) is much more practical at the pool and lockers.The chamois' plastic tube is GREAT, though. So now I fold & roll the microfiber towel, insert it in the plastic tube, and toss it in my gym bag.This chamois will be going into a ziplok in the car.

Perfect for the gym when you don’t want to bring a regular sized towel. It can be wrung out and is ready to reuse immediately.
