Thorne Basic Bone Nutrients - Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D, and Vitamin K - 120 Capsules

I purchased these to take the place of some Costco calcium/Vit D pills I had been taking for awhile. I am on my third bottle. I was looking for something without the added ingredients and more natural. I am a 62 female and work out with weights trying to keep my bones in good shape and taking these bone nutrients are an additional way to help. These have easily replaced what I was taking and I feel great so no adverse effects and I feel better not taking the added ingredients. They are more expensive than what I was taking but again, I'm trying to cut unnecessary, added ingredients.

After doctors' prescribing numerous bone supplements full of chemicals I found these(basis bone nutrients)instead on amazon. Previously through research i knew that the correct combination had to be Vitamins D, K, Calcium and Magnesium and this is what i had been looking for. This is a company that my kinesioligest often recommends so i use them as well. So of note I don't put any chemicals in my body and i was afraid the doctors' bone supplements would have be my first so i am glad to be able to thank Thorne Research.

And that they don't try to overdo the amounts.

I have switched all of my supplements to Thorne and I feel so much better. For years I was taking a brand name but didn't notice any difference in the way I felt but after doing research I read the Mayo clinic recommends Thorne so I gave it a try. I believe their products are worth it and will continue to take them.
