For the price, this Moen shower set is an absolute steal! I was expecting decent quality for the cost, but it completely exceeded my expectations. It looks and feels like a high-end set without the hefty price tag. The finish is beautiful, the water pressure is great, and the controls are smooth and easy to use. It instantly made my bathroom feel more updated and luxurious without breaking the bank. If you’re looking for quality and style at a great price, this is it. Highly recommend!

Moen has quality products. Amazon states Free shipping free returns. A different Moen collection was chosen for a new build. Amazon sent an email stating items I returned were used or damaged when nothing was ever removed from the box. Very poor customer service.

These say the are moens but the quality is not what I was expecting.. the original trim plate is good quality but this replacement is flimsy and cheaply made. This is a disappointment. Not sure if moen reduced the quality or if this is a knock off but definitely not what I expected

I had to replace the inner valve on a 20-year old faucet in the guest bathroom a couple of weeks ago. I didn't realize just how bad of shape the spout was in until then (see attached photo). I didn't want to replace everything, just the lever and the spout. This looks great and the whole process took only 10 minutes or so (keep in mind I had it disassembled a couple of weeks ago, so anything that had been sticking was not longer stuck at this point). It comes with a shower head that is very small and I didn't use that part. However, they only seem to come in a 3-piece set. This makes the entire shower look newer than it is -or at least less old. Well worth the money if your valve itself doesn't need replacing.

Description of this item is incorrect, it says it comes with Posi-temp Valve. I contacted Moen and they advised this model does not come with the Posi-Temp Valve.

Great product for the price. Note that it does not include the piping connections.

Haven't installed it yet but looks exactly like what I wanted!
