Healthy Posture Support Strap and Yoga Shoulder Bag.

I purchased a small purple Ashan Cradle. Love the color and the lightweight material and sheen. I'm 5'3" tall, and I adjust the strap a couple inches from fully taut. I recently took it camping and on a picnic, and it helped support my back and assist with good posture throughout the outing. I let a pregnant friend give it a try, and she said it was very comfortable for her. Love the product's secondary purpose as a sack/yoga mat holder. I hate that a lot of women's casual and exercise clothing lack pockets, so I'm all about having extra storage options. Think this product would benefit from adding an additional zip pocket that is accessible while seated to store smaller items like keys, cell phone, wallet. Other than that, great buy!

I am writing this review explaining my health issues and weight as a way of explaining that I have a lot of pain and I am a good 20lbs overweight most of the time for my height, so other men around my size and weight will understand that this can probably work for them, too, because I only see reviews from larger men who say it's too small and doesn't work. I'm 5'8" with a medium frame and currently 180lbs. I ordered the SMALL in blue and it works great!My body is pretty messed up due to autoimmune disease and one thing I can not do well for long at all is sit on any kind of meditation cushion or bench. I've spent a lot of money on different items over the year and my lower back and butt and feet will hurt pretty quickly no matter what. Benches are unusable for me because my knees hurt instantly. The crescent moon cushion (Cosmic Cushion, I think) was really no better for me than a regular cushion and I have to limit myself to 20 minutes maximum and when I get up I am in a lot of pain and my feet are totally numb.I have to do a lot of special exercises for my back to alleviate general pain from everything, not just sitting down. Crunches and sit-ups don't work for me at all; they actually make the problem worse because they strengthen the wrong muscles. I wish I could explain the exercises for you, but I can't. They don't have any common names as far as I know.Additionally, my autoimmune condition destroyed my thyroid, which messed up my hormones, which means it's really hard for me to be my ideal weight of 155lb and so I'm usually 170-180. I try to be 160-165 but that only seems to last a few months before the next round of holidays with my Italian inlaws who cook feasts with all the food my body can't tolerate but is delicious, so I gain weight very quickly due to inflammation bloating from foods that are not on the Autoimmune Protocol (gluten, dairy, tomatoes) and the excess calories don't do me any good due to metabolic syndrome from my destroyed thyroid issue. The inflammation is painful and attacks my muscles, joints, back, and the extra weight probably just makes it more difficult to sit overall.So...I ordered a SMALL. Anyone 5'8" to 5'10" could probably do just fine with a small. I'm not sure how big you'd have to be for the larger size to still be too small, but my guess is you'd have to be well over 6' and quite large in the thighs.

Quality material and construction as advertised. Very pleased with my purchase.

Comfortable, instantly adjustable, helps me maintain cross-legged posture while protecting chronic knee and groin injuries. Something one might not expect that turns out not to be a worry - the parachute light-weight material is pretty crinkly in a noisy way when you slide it on or slide against it, but once it's on it is quiet and will not disturb a room full of meditators :)

This cradle is so comfortable. It is very light weight, yet durable. I intentional pulled and stretched to try to extend or rip the seams to no avail. It is great for meditating. Also, we have game nights where friends usually sit around on the floor. This sitting strap is such a great comfort! Game nights are way more pleasant. Also, took it to the beach. Easy to wash and my yoga mat fit easily in the sling. Very happy with this product.

I liked the idea of having an item for support during seated meditation that could serve as a tote for my mat, and a strap during my practice. Great concept, but the product was poorly made. I'm 5'2" and 128 lbs. I measured a 59" length from the center of my R knee to center of my L knee (in easy seated pose). I ordered a size small first. It arrived looking as though it was used and it was too small to sit in comfortably so I returned it. I ordered the large hoping that would work. The large arrived, seemed to be new and it fit well for use in seated poses, however, the zipper had no bottom stop, so the first time I put my mat inside, the slider and pull tab came right off. It's going back and I'm done. 2 stars because of easy return process with Prime.

This really works - it helps your posture. I had to return because was not long enough. I ordered a large to replace the small. Be sure you order the large if your legs are long and you are short waisted. Going by your height as is recommended may not be accurate. Very comfortable and great for just sitting on the floor reading, meditating or watching TV.

Quality product just way too small for an adult male of anything but diminutive size. I bought a large but beware this is clearly a product targeted for female customers. I gave 3 stars because it's a well crafted item and took 2 stars since there was no indication that a large was still not very large! If the company made a larger size (and less flamboyant colors btw would be welcome too) I would definitely purchase again. Returned.
