I like to put in my morning coffee. When I first tried it it I immediately could tell the difference. More alert feeling. Now that I’ve been using for a few months it is not as noticeable but still working. I imagine I’ve just got accustomed to it.

I was am very pleased with this product so far. I am two weeks in and it has helped a lot with my brain fog. I’m perimenopausal with poor sleep quality causing me brain fog. This product has already helped clear things up after 2 weeks. I need to work on my sleep quality now….

I ordered this ‘NovaSpark Health Brain Booster Liquid’ to hopefully ensure that my mind operates at ‘peak performance’ as I get older. It contains Citicoline which I’ve read is good for brain health.This ‘NovaSpark Health Brain Booster Liquid’ tastes ok. It has a lemony flavor which is quite pleasant. The solution does need to be well shaken, though, before taking because it does tend to separate and look funky.As I mentioned, the ingredient list of this supplement is very sparse which I like. I think the Stevia is just for taste. The Citicoline is what attracted me.But the big question is, does this ‘NovaSpark Health Brain Booster Liquid’ actually work…or even do anything? Honestly, I think it does. After taking it for a few day, I noticed I could actually concentrate better. My mind didn’t wander as much.So in summary, this ‘NovaSpark Health Brain Booster Liquid’ seems to work. I did notice a difference in my concentration after taking. As to whether it’s worth the price for the effect it has…I think not. It’s not that profound. I won’t order it again.
