I didn't know what size to order, and since my feet are wide I ordered the large ones. It turns out they fit my dress shoes just fine but are too wide for my sneakers. I will be ordering the smaller size for my sneakers soon. The lifts work well with my sneakers (got one from my physical therapist) and are very comfortable. They don't slide around in the shoe at all and I hardly notice they're there. I use only one lift because one of my legs is 1/4 inch shorter than the other.

I've only been wearing these for a couple of days, but so far they're very comfortable and feel durable. Time will tell if they help my achilles tendon pain (fresh out of the boot so it's going to hurt no matter what). These have helped correct my gait to the point that I can feel my calves, hamstrings, and glutes firing more prominently then they have before. The sizing is off, unless you dig for the width in the description. I'm a dude's size 10.5, but the large really only works in wider footwear like skate shoes. They just barely squeeze into my pair of Saucony. The mediums work in my Allbirds and different style boots, and would probably work just fine in my skate shoes too. The sticky tape keeps the layers together, but doesn't seem designed to keep the lift in position. TLDR; large is too wide, item is durable and comfortable, good value and have already purchased more mediums to go in other shoes. Update after a few weeks: I'm noticing reduced heel pain, but at the cost of total foot discomfort. The drop off is sudden and the arch of my foot is taking the brunt of the discomfort. The front end gets caught on my foot and flips out of place when I take my shoes off. Still very helpful, but a basic design that could use several quality of life improvements. I'm looking at other types of inserts to replace these.

Perfect for a heel shim to level out your hips. Reduced the pain of hips and legs being uneven. Pick your needed height and you are good to go. The leather top cover gives it durability that lasts with comfort.

An absolute must have for Dorsiflexion issues. Pain free squats! Can go straight down instead of hips pushing back due to limited ankle mobility. Fits my shoes well and actually makes powerlifting shoes more comfortable to walk in.

I have a leg length discrepancy after a hip replacement. These help alot.

like title says, fall apart quickly do not fit in shoe nicely. they also shift around inside the shoe making it seem like it is not stable. I am a 9.5 mens and I ordered a medium

I have one leg shorter than the other and while I do have orthotics they don't work well in house slippers these are the perfect solution.

Very good quality, especially for the price. Comfortable, well made, affordable, and works. Ordered heel lift on advice from my physiotherapist. As I recover, will remove one layer at a time. So simple but so effective.
