Good service best Quality product

The product is good and probably the best one for beginners and kids. But only one box was delivered of the set of two. Amazon ordered a replacement, which was never delivered. I am struggling with the refund from Amazon after explaining the issue to multiple Amazon customer care executives. Amazon delivery person had the replacement item in his hand but was not ready to deliver the item without getting back the product that was never delivered. Customer care also doesn’t help and give multiple deadlines for the investigation and what not. Amazon has become more like Indian license raj government in recent times!
