Best Roof Sealant Ever!
Wanted to update my review on Marlin Roof Flashing Sealant. I applied this around my polycarbonate skylight and new vent fan many months ago. It was simple to apply. It has worked better than any roof sealant to date holding up to brutal sun, hail, pouring rain, bird poo, debris, etc. and no more leaks ever! I used the Black one and after all these months it still looks like new! When it rains hard or I wash the RV the dirt etc. rinses right off the Marlin sealant and leaves no trace! Highly recommend!!!!

Best liquid caulk for rv camper roof
This liquid flashing caulk is outstanding, apply with brush or roller and when it cures out it sticks like cement . Tip use a paddle mixer to mix it.

Good stuff for particular applications
We installed this product two years ago on a specific joint on a steel roof. It leaked the next year. We studied installation videos and realized that the expansion of the joint separated the silicone seal and it leaked. This year we carefully removed the previous repairs, cleaned the joints completely and used a webbing strip and reinstalled the silicone. No leaks so far. It was a lot of work.

Wow! Don’t hesitate!!! Buy this now!
This roof flashing is Amazing!!! I was only expecting to be able to do all the excrucians of our 28 foot RV with half gallon, but when I finished all of them I still had half the container left so I continued and did the entire outline of the roof 5 inches wide! This product spreads so easy with a paintbrush or spackling tool it’s thick and creamy like soft marshmallow goo but spreads like butter and levels so lovely! The white color is bright silky shiny looking white that is just perfect. It cleans up super simple with soap and water or little mineral spirits in a rag. I got some on my clothes and was able to wipe it all off easy. This is a superior, high quality product. Made in USA and it shows! Thank you to the creator of this product it made my job so easy in like an hour!!

Looks Great!!!!
Purchased this to extend the life of an aging RV roof while hoping to reduce the every few months maintenance of the Dicor removing and replacing around the various vents. Have used acrylic coatings before but have not been a fan of their wearability. A friend said he used 100% silicone on his RV and was happy with the outcome over several years. I decided that this year I would investigate silicone. I ended up choosing Marlin products after speaking with Christian from Marlin. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions quickly and made recommendations when I discussed what I wanted to do and how I was going to go about it. Long story short, great support and Info. Put the product down this weekend and it looks great and seems much more durable right out of the gate when compared to the acrylic I have used in the past. Obviously time will tell, but for now very happy with the products and the support. Jim Short

Disappointed to say the least.
Applied as directed over my small RV roof. It didn't seal well and a light rain had water intrusion. Disappointed to say the least. Now what do I do? What's compatible to put over this?
