No side support - coils feel too large and spaced apart. A little bouncy and not firm enough for my liking, but honestly I am quite surprised to see a pocket coil mattress for this cheap. Easy setup- overall pretty good 4/5

I ordered a 14 inch but it only expanded to 12 inches. Disappointed.Softer than expected but still nice. I would like a refund for the difference since this is only 12 inches.

I don’t write many reviews but, all I can say is I love this bed. Used to have sciatic pain at night in my hips and down my legs. Haven’t had the pain since I got this bed. If you are on the fence about this bed… Give it a try, you won’t be sorry.

The mattress is a good value. If you sleep on high end mattresses, do not get this for yourself. I bought this for my guests. I have two guests rooms, one with a firm Beautyrest mattress, the other with this softer mattress. I allow my guests to choose soft or firm. The soft mattress lovers seem to really enjoy the mattress. I have both sciatica and piriformis syndrome, it is too soft for me to sleep, but I can tell it is still comfy and fairly supportive.

10/10 if you’re looking for something cheap and comfortable I would 100% get this! :)
