The fine tip makes them ideal for cleaning my piercing

i was looking for some thin cotton buds for my fresh piercing. These are good but for my need, I would say these were a bit too thin. While they were good to be able to get in the nooks and crannies, their thinness meant that they did not have much padding and would slightly be irritating and painful to clean a fresh piercing. Other than that, if anyone needs it for a different cause, I'm sure they will be great.

These sticks have proved very useful for the art work use I bought them for, cleaning up tiny areas when printmaking. Also, unexpectedly, for fine tuning of eye make up! Happy too that they should be compostable, being small.

My wife got these for cleaning around gel nails & says-They are a perfect size as really tiny only 3inches long in total but even when dipped in remover & squeezed well they can still leave tiny hairs in the gel around cuticles.Will continue to use but keep tweezers handy.

I bought these to be able to clean up small mistakes in my oil and acrylic paintings. Other reviewers are correct, there is barely any cotton on them but they're perfect for my needs as cotton buds are often too big.

The swab has minimal cotton for soaking up any liquid.I use cotton buds for model-making and these are simply not up to the job.

Purchased these to help clean some antique silver.They are nice and fine but have almost no cotton wool on them.. They are move like a soft cocktail sticks, there is no real absorbance in them.The biggest problem is due to this you go through them very quickly..Little disappointed but still useful..

Very small amount of cotton on the bud but great for fine details on scaled models.
