Brilliant book for our times
This book is so great. It’s more than a journal - it’s going to be my Bible going forward!I fill it in and can then come back to it time and time again. Using my own prescriptions to remind me what helps me when I’m struggling. I love it.

A fantastic reminder to have for myself when I'm going through a hard time
This book has helped me on so many occasions already.I use it to write down problems I may be having and then make a list of what helps when I'm going through that particular problem.There's an index at the back to make note of each situation/problem and that makes it so easy to go back to when I'm struggling and can't work out what I need to do to feel better.It really is a brilliant idea for a book and something I'll use for the rest of my life. I may need to buy a few copies! :)
