Terrible product. Bought this tablet for my daughter. The tablet was incredibly slow even after set up and all systems were updated. Also, the tablet was on the counter and had a protective glass screen applied and in a protective case and the screen was slightly tapped and I noticed a crack in what I thought was the protective glass screen but upon removing the protective screen I found that the actual tablet screen had cracked. My daughter wasn't even able to use the tablet for more than a couple days. I have lost out on over $100 between a tablet that is unusable, a protective screen, the case, tax and shipping. Beyond upset and frustrated and regret this purchase entirely

I have had my tablet for a couple weeks. The cons that I have so far are 1.) the case it came in was super snug until I had to remove it to insert an SD card, now it is loose and they won't send me a new one (only option is to return the entire thing which is ridiculous). Honestly it shouldn't come already on the tablet in my opinion. 2.) there doesn't seem to be a tempered glass for this thing. I have purchased three so far INCLUDING THE ONE ON THE SELLERS PAGE THAT HAS THE SAME NAME AND DIMENSIONS as shown in the picture .... As you can clearly see, it is way too small. I would LOVE for the seller to reach out and let me know what tempered glass fits this thing so I can actually get one on here before I go on an upcoming trip, which is why I bought it. So to recap: the case doesn't fit if you remove it, and you can't find tempered glass that fits because the dimensions are all clearly measured in different places with different measuring tools that are not the same. 😂👍🏻 If those things don't bother you, it's a great deal. LOL. I WILL UPDATE THIS IF THE SELLER REACHES OUT AND REMEDIES THIS. IF THIS IS UP, THEY HAVENT.

Using as wall tablets that are on 24/7. They are doing better than the kindle fire's they replaced.
