Very lovely perfume set

I loved this when I got this as a sample from scent bird and decided to buy this( everybody commented on how nice it smelled) either this is defective or something has changed because I cannot smell it and after using it broke out in a a rash

Smells good but scent leaves quickly
Bought this to replace a small bottle that I bought during the holidays from another store. Although the scent is the same, it doesn't last like the one bought elsewhere. This one seems to be watered down some.
