I used them on my car. They look great, especially as they are slightly rounded when viewed from a side angle.Only drawback for me was the fact that all the 3M double sided tape pre cut letters were loose, and had to be stuck on each chrome letter. And as I was sticking the letters to a black surface, the white tape supplied spoiled the look. I used permanent marker to make the tape edges black.
