InnopureBiotin Tablets 12000mcg with Coconut - Hair Growth Supplement - Vegan Society Certified (365 Tablets)

I have been using Biotin tablets for about 5 months now and I am thrilled with the results. Before I started taking them my nails were so weak and my hair was falling out a lot and looked thin. Since I've been using the Innopure 10,000mcg tablets, my nails are strong and never break and my hair seems to be growing faster, falling out less and is definitely thicker! The tablets are very small and easy to swallow. Having read about the possible side effects of taking biotin, I was worried that I might have spots and break outs. However with this brand I have not had any problems with my skin, despite them being optimum strength. I am very happy with this product and I will definitely continue to use it, especially as the pack lasts for 8 months and is incredibly good value!

I have only just received these so can't comment on the efficacy of the tablets themselves, but I've had quite a few of my friends who've taken them and seen improvement in their hair and nails so really excited to try them. The product arrived with a handy info leaflet which says biotin is a water-soluble vitamin, meaning it can only be stored in the body for a certain amount of time before being expelled, which is presumably why it's recommended to take biotin with food. Apart from that, the bottles were surprisingly small as were the tablets themselves. The bottle/tub was sealed and well within it's expiry date. The price at £11.99 is reasonable though I hope it doesn't go up if it comes time to repurchase. Will check back in a few months with results.UPDATE 1: Been taking these for 2 weeks now. Some background: I used to be a really bad nailbiter (from childhood) so my nails have always been in a state. They were so embarrassing that I tried to hide them by using those glue on fake nails or acrylic extensions, but while hiding the problem underneath they were actually making my nailbeds even more damaged. Now that i'm in my twenties I figured it's time to grow up, it's just disgusting to have my nails in such awful shape, totally unprofessional and even personally repulsive. So I tried a couple of different things like bad tasting nailpolish, OPI nail envy, but ultimately it wasn't doing enough. My nails were growing, but they were so thin, transparent and delicate that they would actually *bend*. So a friend recommended biotin supplements and I was excited to try them, but i really expected to have to wait at least a few months before seeing results. So I'm really glad to say that after only 2 weeks using them my nails have started to become thicker and stronger. Still a long way from perfect, but there's a good 10+ years of nail abuse that needs to be reversed. And because of the improvement i'm seeing, it's encouraging me to really kick the nailbiting habit. Overall I'm really impressed and will try to remember to do another update soon.

Bought this product to help lower blood sugar - not sure that it has helped.

My boyfriend and I started taking biotin a month ago and didn't expect to see results until a few months of taking the tablets. However after even 3 weeks of taking biotin I noticed my hair looking a lot healthier and having had it recently cut I noticed it growing a lot quicker.I've never been able to grow my hair as it seems to get to a certain length and stops but with biotin I've noticed a huge difference already and I really didn't expect it!My boyfriend who's hair I usually cut I've seen a difference with his too in the density and also I've had to cut his hair now every 3 weeks as opposed to every 5 weeks.I'm not one for taking tablets but these are worth their weight in gold and I would highly recommend them to anyone ! I shall definitely be purchasing more when I need them :-)

I opted to buy this brand after using another brand off amazon. I had used the other biotin supplement for nearly 3months but didn't see the results expected ie hair growth esp frontal thinning (I am a 40y female medic on thyroxine). The delivery of this product was very prompt and well packaged. Both bottles sealed and good (small) size of tablet. Have now been using for a month exactly and my hair, esp frontal thinning has remarkably improved. Colleagues at work have noticed thicker hair/lesser visible scalp and I no longer shy away from having photos taken. My hair condition has improved tremendously and grown faster as well ( perfect after trying to grow it since May 2013). Stronger nails too-less prone to splitting. Nails growing very quickly so need to keep a nail clipper handy in bag!. Would buy again and highly recommended to friends with the same issues.
