How many filters are included with this item?

I just purchased this May 2018 and it only had 1 filter.

Can I clean these filters with a bleach dilution? When I invert the filter to clean it, the lint is adhered to the mesh and doesn't drop off easily.

I don't know about using bleach, but I do know what you mean about lint sticking. We turn them inside out and wipe it off. If it is really stubborn we clean them with running water. I can't believe how much the filter does catch which keeps it out of our septic system..
