These work perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase. The only thing left to do now is see how long the last on motion setting with duracel batteries.

Can anyone spot the problem in the photo?Look at the orientation of the batteries, then look at the positions of the springs and the nub contacts!They are wrong! Each spring contact should face a nub contact, and vice versa! ( the contacts at each end are the wrong way round) Doh!I was going to return the item, but in the end I stuffed some aluminium foil into the nub contact to make up the gap with the battery. Works really well, bright light and good motion detection ! Someone in the quality control dept in Shanghai missed this one!

I bought one of these earlier and the unit I purchased worked straight out of the box.However, I recently purchased a second unit, where the connectors were incorrectly mounted in the battery compartment. I read "Sir Larry's" fix, and thought that I may have to do the same fix.There is another solution, which is as follows:You can easily push the double contact upwards under the metal lug either side with a small screwdriver.Prise either side in turn easing it upwards, each side a bit at a time. Once out it will slide back in the other way around, the way that it should have been.. Don't force it do it gently.See photos

Hätten wir das Teil mal eher entdeckt. Es ist super praktisch, ließ sich kinderleicht montieren und funktioniert tadellos. Der Bewegungsmeldet ist sehr präzise und funktioniert wirklich schon von Weitem. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Wir haben uns diese Lampe vor 1 Monat gekauft und sind sehr zufrieden. Sie macht das was sie soll:).

La instalacion es sencilla. La instale en el techo del pasillo y al principio funcionaba bien, las 3 primeras veces que pase. A partir de ahí se encendia sin que hubiera nadie en el pasillo. Al final la desmonte y la devolví porque no había manera de que dejara de encenderse y apagarse continuamente.
