Overall i'm very pleased with this heat press. The heat temperature seems to fluctuate a little when using the press, but it hasn't been a problem at all. This heat press comes with a nice press mat and teflon sheet, which makes it a great value over the Cricut easy press. It's 100 times easier than using an iron for HTV. Highly recommended!

Love that I can do 30 oz tumblers! Easy to use. Fast heating

This is a lovely heat press. There is a slight learning curve, as is the case with any new equipment, but I figured out times/temps pretty quickly. Bonus points for the color matching my office decor.

This tumbler press works extremely well and sublimates my 20 oz skinny tumblers nicely. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get started in tumbler sublimation. Helps that it matches my craft studio as well.

This tumbler press heats well however setting the temperature is confusing. The only reason why I’m getting results it’s because I know how the paper looks like when the image has been successfully transferred. I would’ve returned it but at the time I was able to use it the return window was over.

I bought this earlier this year. And I've used it often but I wouldn't say I've overused it. And there's a spot on the heating element pad that now heats up hotter than the rest of the area and it's burning almost every tumbler in that same spot.Is there a way to get a replacement heating element/pad?The timer also hasn't worked since day 1.But overall I like the press. It's easy to use. I would hate to have to buy another one.

I have been using this tumbler press for about a month or so now. It is easy to use and makes beautiful tumblers. I have 2 semi-complaints: it does have issues holding temperature ie. it will get to temp and beep so I put the tumbler in and close the handle and the temp will drop by sometimes 20-30 degrees. It doesn't start the countdown until it reaches back to temp. You would think this causes issues with overheating but it hasn't so far it just takes longer. I normally put a tumbler in and once it beeps I roll the tumbler halfway and press it again. the other complaint is the handles that tighten or loosen the clamp aren't the best and they are very close to the machine box making it hard to get a hold of them to turn. It almost feels like the one I have may be slightly stripped in the screw threads. I have been able to get both handles to a point where the clamp area is equal pressure on both ends of my tumblers though so not a show stopper. For the price I paid for this press these are definitely issues that I can overlook considering the press was much less expensive than many others of equal size.

I’m happy I was able to find a better value without sacrificing quality.
