Very easy to install ,light weight , easy to carry
We already had an old telescope that was very heavy, cumbersome to set up, and often knocked by the children. The new telescope is light and convenient that you can see more clearly. The complimentary phone stand is super handy. The last two are pictures of Saturn's rings and moon that my husband took for the kids on his phone. My children are very fond of the new telescope. My husband said I bought a great present for the kids. The new telescope is very easy to set up. It is also easy to carry and light, and a small backpack can carry.

I think it's a great scope, but afraid it may be too much work for granddaughter to get started on.
I read lots of reviews and checked out lots of scopes before choosing this one for our granddaughter. I really like that it's terrestrial (in other words, what you see is not upside down). It's relatively short, comes with a carrying case and is wide enough that it is easier to find things in the scope. The downside for me is the finder scope which gets attached to the body of the main scope. Obviously it has to be lined up just right to enable one to locate objects with the main scope. Maybe I'm missing something but that was quite difficult. And even if I did so it appears I'd need to remove it to put it back in the case. My suggested solution, either 1) get it lined up some day when you have lots of time and DON'T remove it when you put it back in the case (not sure if it'll fit but try anyway) or 2) skip the finder scope and line up the main scope at its lowest power. The fear I have as of now is that getting things set up is going to take an adult who will take some time or a kid with patience-- not sure my granddaughter is ever going to have that happen. Afraid this may end up in a closet collecting dust. (Sure hope they'll give it back to me if that's what happens... before it ends up at Goodwill)

Wobbly.
It is extremely wobbly. When viewing, you can’t even touch it without massive wobbling and view distortion. The tripod should also be quite a bit taller since you view from the bottom. We have trouble even being seated to be able to view.

Easy assembly - Very portable
Giving this as a Christmas gift so can’t yet comment on how it functions. I can say that it was received very quickly and fairly priced. I did open it to be sure all pieces were there before giving it to a grandchild. It was very neatly protected and packed. Appears to be of good quality and comes with a sectioned backpack case and instruction manual. So far very impressed with this . The box is also very attractive .

Don’t waste your money
I can see more with just looking up than I can with this thing. Over priced and a major let down. Does not work

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it. Lots of small pieces so you have to make sure you don’t lose any.

Great telescope
8 yr old was a bit disappointed that he couldn’t look at the moon as it was far too bright for the time of year. Bit of a learning curve so will take a while to grow into it but my nephew was thrilled with it. Comes with a handy backpack to take to various locations.

Great for the Grandgirls
I waited for a few months before I purchased this item...it was worth the wait...I purchased on Prime days...it was easy to set up and I hope the girls can enjoy the views of the night sky once the skies are clear...
