Is it black tea? and can you use milk in it?

There is no tea in it at all. It has taro root powder, sugar, and non-dairy creamer. I make mine with milk instead of water. I use the powder with milk and ice in my blender.

Nondairy creamer almost always has casein in it, so no, it's not vegan. And unlike the label above, the package I just purchased contains whey powder, which means it's definitely not vegan.

Is this mix gluten free?

Ingredients lists, Glucose Syrup, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, Whey Powder, Sodium Caseinate, Stablizers, Emulsifers. The packaging DOESN'T say gluten free.
