Very thin Fleece. The size is not true and there is only a hint of elastic at the waistband. I tried to layer them once, the creep and bunching was uncomfortable. I tried to use them as pajamas, same issue. donated them to charity, maybe someone with sewing skills can make use of them. SOOO soft, hated to give them up. I kept the matching top, wear it often.

Yes, they come all the way up to the waist.

Q: How long is the inseam on these leggings?

This is extremely stretchy. Without stretching the material the inseam is about 26 inches. Once I stretch it gently i can get up to 36 inches. I am sure it will stretch more. It is wonderful fabric.
