How do I know if this is authentic?

Amazon sellers are not permitted to sell products that are not authentic.

Why does the item description list as 1.7 fl. Ounces but the box says it's 3.4 fl. Ounces?

I didn't create this listing, so I'm not sure Amazon will allow me to change it, but the ones we (Belle's Shoppe) have are definitely 3.4 fl oz. They are large bottles.
