I ordered this for my elderly mother, when it came the box was damaged, the wheels and handle were also damaged, and overall the trolley felt flimsy and cheep . I was charged just under £5 for delivery, and the kicker was it also cost £15 to send it back. Iam sure realy on people thinking that they will just keep it rather than paying to return it ... Don't bother and save your money.

I was missing 2 wheels for the front of this trolley

The base plate at at bottom of trolley was missing.

I bought this trolly for mum a few weeks back waited for a bit for her to test it before making a review she's had quite a few shopping trolly trouble in the past with different ones but this one seems to be the best one she's had in along time the bag is very strong not like them paperish bags other companies use she is very happy with this product and it arrived before it was meant to thank you so much

Capacidad extra grande pero como tengas después q subir escaleras lo llevas claro.Se rompió la aparte pordonde lo cojes a la semana y poco después la pieza de plástico de las ruedas. Carro inservible en un año. No lo compraria mas.

Les roues sont en espèce de polystyrène qui se détériore à la première utilisation à vide.Le fond du sac est arrivé déchiré dans un coin. La mousse sur le guidon est abîmé et il y a un mini trou dans le tissus sur le devant du sac proche du scratch. J'ai écris à 2 reprises pour avoir un dédommagement, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.Le caddie est grand et léger mais je regrette la qualité et les défauts à ce prix là.

Ce chariot et sympa je m'attendais à plus grand mais ça va petit souci lors de l'envoi mais j'attends la réponse du vendeur afin de le résoudre rien de grave
