Nice shape
The shape is nice, not so keen on the shiny bits - would look smarter with an all-matt finish IMO.Fairly quiet and quick to boil

Pretty kettle that works
A little bit noisier than our old plastic kettle but not so loud that it’s a problem. Looks really nice in our green kitchen

Cheap quality
Cheap quality in appearance and working ability. The top needs to be manually removed and put back every time you want to fill the kettle with water. It broke down completely after 15 months and we had to buy a new one .

VERY noisy boiler
The wood effect looks and feels good.The boil is quick.BUT, oh boy is it a noisy boiler or what.UPDATEBroken after 3 months !!!!
